All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), which is also the currency you'll be charged in. Since liquid products cannot be shipped by air, we use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India. Depending on the state or area you live in, shipping within India can take up to 7 to 10 business days. Some pin codes might not be eligible for COD service. In such situations, a member of our customer support team will get in touch with you as your order is being processed.


Please file a single complaint if there are one or more damaged items in your order because only one return or replacement will be made.
It is encouraged for customers not to accept tampered with or damaged shipments.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. You can have your order delivered to any address in India, though.
Please be aware that during discounts or promotions, typical shipping timelines will not be applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Within a maximum of 15 days of the order's cancellation, refunds are performed. Prepaid orders paid for with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking will have their money returned to their original account. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please be aware that shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery fees are not refundable.

Please be aware that the refund method may change depending on the situation. Although we apologise for any inconvenience this period may have caused, the bank's policy is to postpone refunds, and we have no influence over it. If an e-wallet is used for the refund, the credit should be accessible within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:


Orders that have already been placed can only be cancelled within four hours of the order being placed. To do so, send an email to care@sheopals.in and our customer service team will cancel the order and reimburse your money within fifteen business days.
